All orders may take up to (3) days to be packaged before being shipped.
Orders are fulfilled through:
USPS First Class (3-5 Business Days)
USPS Priority (1-3 Business Days)

International Orders: Sorry! We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within (30) days of the item’s purchase date.
Buyer is expected to cover the exchange’s shipping cost back to Vailana.

To be accepted for exchange, items must be in a like-new condition that will be determined by Vailana upon receiving returned items.
